ATAS was awarded contract for Design & Supervision of Muhalla Pump Stations upgradation project. All pumps, header, associated piping and Electrical system was re-designed and retrofitted to meet the increased capacity and demand of the local communities. The mate- rials purchased were designed in line by conducting Piping Stress Analysis and 3D modelling to ensure peak performance. ATAS was coordinating with Client Consultant M/s Wood Group and completed the assignment within due time frame as per International Engineering Stand

The project was awarded on 02nd April 2018 and kicked-off officially on 10th April 2020. Client CNOOC Iraq Ltd started the project back in 2012 with a concept of Salty Water Treament Plant. However, in 2016, CNOOC decided to retrofit the Salty Wastewater Treatment Plant (OWTP) to MOC for the Buzurgan Crude Oil Treatment Center. The OWTP was designed to treat a com- bined waste water stream consisting of de-salter units’ blow down and effluent from crude oil wash tanks. ATAS Ltd took the project as challenge to combine free-issue materials with newly designed equipment and materials to achieve the projected outputs of oily water treat- ment plant. The project is in mechanical completion stage.

ATAS Ltd is managing BP Waste Collection Project. ATAS collects the drilling wastes from BP RSB Statin in North Rumeila and dump the same in Municipality designated area accordingly. The project was signed for a period of 02 years starting from February 2019. The collection is made on daily basis with number of Trailer trips depending upon the industrial wastes.
