ATAS Specialized Services

Our project team puts an immense amount of effort into their research and design process, we always want to set you up for success.

Risk Management Services

ATAS have specialists in carrying out Risk Management Services through a Bow- tie Analysis of all Major Accident Hazards (MAHs) and Process Risks that a business is faced on a daily basis. In many parts of the world this is a mandatory process.

HAZOP / PHA

We offer Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies including Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) and Hazard Identification (HAZID) as part of risk analysis process detailed in IEC 61508 / IEC

SIL Verification

ATAS highly qualified consultants provide Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Verification studies, assessing the SIL capability of specified Safety Instrumented Functions (SIFs), using methods such as Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs) or Failure Modes
Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).

SIL Determination

ATAS have experienced SIL Determination consultants that lead and facilitate studies from calibrated Risk Graphs, to semi-quantitative Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) and fullyquantitative Fault Tree Analysis

Quantitative Risk Assessment

Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) is a formalized and systematic tool for quantifying the risks associated with the operation of an engineering process. A QRA is essential to assessing the risk exposure to employees, the environment, company assets and its reputation

Piping Stress Analysis (Thermal Analysis, Piping Flexibility Analysis)

ATAS is having its expertise and special teams with wide range of project experienc es to carry out the full spectrum of stress analysis services for piping systems and piping flex ibility analysis. We conduct detailed piping stress analysis, evaluation, and confirmation of the
structural & operational integrity of process piping systems.

Rotating Equipment Reliability Study

Reliability optimization of rotating equipment is an important part of plant revenue and profit. ATAS is having extensive experience and partner support for the rotating equipment. The major components of reliability improvement include optimization of site rotating equipment availability by implementation of practical :

  • Site reliability audits
  • Assessment methods
  • Availability improvement plans
  • Condition monitoring techniques
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance plans
  • Complete line of sealing products and services
  • Troubleshooting techniques
